　　癫痫小发作抽动，癫痫病是一种很难治疗的脑部疾病，癫痫病的患得没有年龄的限制和人群的划分，几乎每个人都有可能会患得。对于癫痫病患者来说，注意清楚了解癫痫的治疗和护理常识才可以更好的保护自己。一般来说，癫痫病的治疗周期比较长，而且癫痫危害也比较大，癫痫的频繁发作还会给患者的身心造成双重危害，因此为了减小癫痫发作的危害，避免癫痫复发，癫痫病患者及其家属都应详细了解癫痫的护理常识。

苯甲二氮卓的副作用

1.本药物有嗜睡、便秘等不良反应，大剂量时可发生共济失调(走路不稳)、皮疹、乏力、头痛、粒细胞减少及尿闭等症状，偶见中毒性肝炎及粒细胞减少症，肝肾功能减退者宜慎用。2.本品以小剂量多次服用为佳，长期大量服用可产生耐受性和成瘾，男性病人可导致阳痿。久服骤停可引起惊厥。3.本品能加强吩噻嗪类安定剂(如氯丙嗪)和单胺氧化酶抑制剂(如优降宁)的作用与吩噻嗪类、巴比妥类、酒精等合用时，有加强中枢抑制的危险。4.老年人用药后易引起精神失常，甚至昏厥，故应慎用。5.哺乳期妇女及孕妇应忌用，尤其是妊娠开始3个月及分娩前3个月。

如果是口服的话，一般不会造成非常严重的后果，但是如果是静脉输液的话，要注意以下事项：

1.不要输液速度过快，否则容易造成低血压。

2.不要和其他的CNSdepressants，例如酒、止痛药一起使用，否则会过分抑制心跳和呼吸，甚至造成心跳或呼吸停止的严重后果。因此在静脉输液的时候，要留意病人的心跳、呼吸情况。

3.要注意药物给病人神经系统造成的副作用，也就是嗜睡、头晕等问题。最好给病人的床铺加上栏杆，免得病人摔倒。如果病人要起来上厕所等，最好叫护士帮忙，不要自己行动。

过量用药，造成心跳或呼吸问题后，使用氟马西尼Romazicon(flumazenil)作为解药。氟马西尼是苯二氮?类(BDZ)选择性拮抗药，作用于脑BDZ受体，阻滞BDZ受体而并不产生BDZ药物的作用。但是使用氟马西尼作为解药时要注意氟马西尼可能会造成癫痫发作(seizures)和心脏节律障碍(cardiacdysrhythmias)。并且氟马西尼不能和三环抗抑郁药一起使用。
