如何诊断腹型癫痫

◆儿童是腹型癫痫高发人群。临床表现为突然腹痛发作，多在上腹部或脐周，可持续几分钟-几小时，也可在数天中多次发作。发作时常伴有一定程度的眩晕、昏厥和定向障碍、知觉障碍、精神模糊等，但无完全性的意识丧失。患儿常出现食欲不振、恶心、呕吐、腹泻、面色苍白、潮红、出汗、血压和体温不稳定等症状，多数患儿发作后疲倦。在腹痛发作间歇期可能会出现阵发性头痛，甚至行为障碍。还可有各种类型的癫痫发作，如大发作、精神运动性发作等。一些患儿早期为阵发性腹痛发作，以后发展为癫痫抽搐发作。

◆腹型癫痫脑电图的典型表现为颞叶局灶性改变。包括阵发性快波或慢波、弥散性快波或慢波、阵发性棘波、高波幅棘-慢波综合或普通的低波幅节律紊乱等，异常脑电图约占2/3到3/4，可在腹疼发作时出现，间歇期也可出现。

◆腹型癫痫颇似小儿肠痉挛。但其疼痛严重时多出现阵发性晕厥，发作过后所有症状均可消失。

◆诊断标准参考：1、腹痛常伴有一定程度的晕厥及发作后疲倦等。2、脑电图异常。3、反复发作的阵发性腹痛。4.常有癫痫家族史或其他发作性疾病，如偏头痛等病史。5、用抗惊厥剂疗效良好。

少年癫痫病患者在早期经常会觉得口中有苦，酸，咸，甜，腻等不舒适的味道，癫痫的症状是情绪上会出现焦虑，不安，压抑，惊恐，恐惧是最为常见的一种，错觉，幻觉，看见了或者感到了实际上不存在的东西和场景等。青少年癫痫病患者在躯体上会出现，肢体麻木，刺痛等，肌肉或者肌群的颤动，发声或者咀嚼，头眼转向一侧等。并且在嗅觉上闻到难闻的气味，比如腥味，焦味等。

青少年癫痫有哪些症状?癫痫的症状就会表现出易激怒，烦躁不安，情绪忧郁，心境不佳，经常挑剔或者抱怨他人等症状，大发作前数秒钟内病人会出现错觉，幻觉，自动症，局部肌阵挛或者其他特殊感觉等，有些精神运动性发作也可出现类似的大发作的前驱症状，这个时候对于癫痫病患者来说，一定要及时的到权威医院治疗癫痫。
