3.对持续状态者要给予吸氧，注意观察病人发作时头、眼的位置，瞳孔有无散大，抽搐、持续和间隔的时间，有无尿失禁、舌咬伤等。

4.控制抽搐应肌注安定注射液、氯硝西泮注射液、苯妥英纳注射液，但应在医生指导下进行。

5、羊癫疯大发作时，应将压舌板或铁勺柄包上纱布，置于上下牙齿之间，起到防止咬舌的作用。尽快松解衣领和裤带以利于呼吸，肢体应与硬物隔开，以免碰伤。发作停止后病人应侧卧保持呼吸道通畅。在空气新鲜和安静的环境下，病人能很好地休息，有助于其身体的康复。

6、羊癫疯持续状态的救治。遇见此危急情况，切莫慌张，应尽快控制发作，采用手指捏压或针刺人中、合谷、涌泉等穴位，尽快请医生救治。
