1、苯巴比妥(鲁米那)

①功能主治：强直阵挛、肌阵挛以及强直和单纯部分性发作：对复杂部分发作疗效差，对失神发作无效。

②用法用量：口服。成人维持量为每日90--180毫克，儿童每日按每公斤体重2--6毫克计算，分2次服用。肌肉注射每次200--300毫克，一般用于静脉注射治疗癫痫状态后的维持作用。

③毒副作用：由于镇静，常产生困倦、头昏并易激动。长期服用可引起性功能低下;儿童、老年人可出现失眠、烦躁。影响儿童智力，还可导致儿胎儿畸形及新生儿出血，所以此药孕妇和儿童慎用或不用。

2、卡马西平(酰胺咪嗪，痛惊宁)

①功能主治：部分性发作及强直阵挛发作，对复杂部分性发作效果最好，但对失神发作无效。

②用法用量：口服。成人维持量为每日300--600毫克，最大剂量可以用至1200毫克，分3--4次服用。儿童按每日每公斤15--25毫克给药。

③毒副作用：常视网膜脱离医院见的为头晕、困倦、视力模糊及复视。也可能出现平衡障碍、眩晕、眼震、共济失调及感觉过敏;出现皮疹多见，但不影响认知功能，也不致胎儿畸形。
