扑米酮(美速林;密苏林;扑米酮;去氧苯比妥,扑痫酮,麦苏林,去氧苯巴比妥)为抗癫痫药物的一种主要药物，对治疗癫痫有着很好的效果。下面本院()就为大家带了扑米酮的详细药物说明。

本品为抗癫癎药。在体内的主要代谢产物为苯巴比妥共同发挥作用。体外电生理实验见其使神经细胞的氯离子通道开放，细胞过极化，拟似γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)的作用。在治疗浓度时可降低谷氨酸的兴奋作用、加强γ-氨基丁酸的抑制作用，抑制中枢神经系统单突触和多突触传递，导致整个神经细胞兴奋性降低，提高运动皮质电刺激阈。使发作阈值提高，还可以抑制致癎灶放电的传播。

作用与苯巴比妥相似，在体内约有25%氧化为苯巴比妥，另一部分裂解为苯乙基丙二酰胺，扑米酮及其代谢产物均有抗癫痫活性，临床主要用于使用其他抗癫痫药无效的癫痫大发作、精神运动性发作，对小发作无效。与苯妥英钠合用能增强疗效。

主要治疗用途：

本药可用于治疗癫痫大发作、简单部分性发作和复杂部分性发作，但不作为一线药物。仅在苯妥因钠、苯巴比妥、卡马西平单用或合用无效时考虑使用。本药若与苯妥因钠合用效果更好。去氧苯巴比妥对小发作疗效差，但对幼儿肌阵挛有效。本药也可用于Q-T间期延长综合征、面肌痉挛、不宁腿综合征、良性家族性震颤的治疗。

　　单基因或多基因遗传均可引起痫性发作，已知150种以上少见的基因缺陷综合征表现癫痫大发作或肌阵挛癫痫病发作，其中常染色体显性遗传病25种，如结节性硬化、神经纤维瘤病等，常染色体隐性遗传病约100种，如家族性黑矇性痴呆、类球状细胞型脑白质营养不良等，以及20余种性染色体遗传基因缺陷综合征。怎样预防癫痫病
