癫痫病早期有什么特征

一、专家向我们介绍：癫痫发作时如有四肢抽动，可用被褥或手护着四肢，以防关节脱臼及骨折，一旦抽搐停止，呼吸不畅，帮助病人做人工呼吸，恢复正常呼吸。

二、饮食方面，应避免辛辣刺激的食物，戒烟酒避免过饱，多食豆制品、新鲜水果和蔬菜、乳制品，及高蛋白和含磷脂丰富的食物。

三、癫痫患者一旦发病，应立刻用毛巾或手帕等软物，塞入病人臼齿间，手托下巴，以防舌唇和牙齿损伤，再解开衣服、裤带，以防呼吸道梗阻。

四、癫痫的护理要求患者应避免过度劳累和紧张，避免精神刺激、压力，以防诱发和恶化。

五、肌阵挛发作：头和上肢肌肉为主的双侧节律性肌阵挛抽动，可单一或重复多次抽动，发作不伴有意识障碍，可发生在任何时间。

六、无动性发作：突然发生的一过性肌张力丧失，因而不能维持姿势。站立时表现突然低头、屈膝、跌倒。有时可连续发生数次有短暂的意识丧失或意识障碍，立即清醒。

七、强直性发作：表现在某些肌肉突然的强直收缩，如躯干前屈、头前倾等固定于一个姿势，持续一段时间，一般不超1分钟，伴短暂意识丧失，发作后立即清醒。
