3、治疗不当或不彻底：很多患者由于诊断出现偏差，导致用药不合理，从而对癫痫的治疗没有起到一定的作用，治疗不及时或过早减、停要物等均可导致癫痫复发。除此之外，癫痫的发作还与治疗不够彻底有很大的关系。

4、疾病自身因素，有些癫痫呈持续发作状态或患者有其他疾病，如肝脏疾病，影响癫痫的治疗，导致癫痫频繁发作。

5、突发精神刺激，一些突发的事件，容易引起患者情绪剧烈波动，在没有任何思想准备的情况下出现这种情况，受到精神刺激，会使患者大脑神经过度兴奋，引起癫痫发作。

6、强音刺激，癫痫病患者受到强音刺激，会出现烦躁不安、心慌、心动加速、坐卧不宁等现象，精神高度紧张，神经过度兴奋，能直接诱发发作。
