　　3.癫痫发作以全身强直、一阵痉挛性发作占多数(52.6%)，局限性发作合并强直、阵痉挛者也不少见(28.1%)，癫痫持续状态(11.4%)和精神运动性发作(7.9%)均可见到。老年人晚发性癫痫发作期脑电图多表现慢波异常，发作性痫样放电较青少年组少见。
