4、营养代谢疾病：低血糖、糖尿病昏迷、甲亢、维生素b6缺乏症等均可引起癫痫发作，引起癫痫病发病的诱因有哪些?

5、脑血管病：除血管畸形产生癫痫发作时年龄较轻外，脑血管病癫痫多见于中、老年人。出血性及缺血性脑血管病均可引起癫痫，病后1年左右开始发生癫痫的约有5%。

6、高热惊厥：儿童期严重或频繁的高热惊厥容易造成局部脑缺氧或水肿，日后形成癫痫灶而致病。

7、变性疾病：如结节性硬化症、老年性痴呆症等也常见有癫痫发作。

8、颅内肿瘤，30岁以后发生癫痫的病人，除脑外伤外，脑肿瘤是常见原因，尤其是缓慢生长的胶质瘤、脑膜瘤、星形细胞瘤等。
