手术可以一次性治好癫痫病吗?

许多病人在癫痫病发作后，会想方设法寻找治疗方法，因为癫痫病本身需要更长时间的治疗，所以病人需要尽快找到适合自己的治疗方法，否则会耽误很长的治疗时间。在所有治疗中手术治疗是比较快捷的，但手术毕竟是有风险的，所以病人及家属需要知道，满足什么样的条件才能动手术?术后能一次性治好癫痫病吗?

手术治疗是利用切除、离断癫痫灶、阻滞癫痫电导等方法控制或缓解癫痫发作，以提高患者的生活质量为目的的干预性治疗手段，现已成为除药物治疗外癫痫治疗的主要手段。特别是有没有进行手术治疗，病人应该听从医生的指导，不能盲目选择，那么问题来了，手术可以一次性治疗癫痫吗?

癫痫病本身属于慢性疾病，病程较长，基本上都是突发性突止，没有规律可循。一旦病人生病了，特定的治疗时间就会因病情的复杂而有差异，或者更短或者更长。疾病的发生与病人自身体质有关，体质的好坏也直接影响着病人身体的恢复情况。因为疾病本身的关系，就算是病人做了手术，也不会一次性治好，还需要在术后进行科学的对症治疗，还有生活中正确的养护。

所以即使病人达到了手术治疗的要求，但在手术后的恢复期，仍需要进行一段时间的药物治疗，以控制病情，避免病情复发。此外，手术是一种创伤性操作，术后患者可出现局部病灶继发感染，从而导致患者再次出现癫痫症状，在此建议患者在术后务必做好正确护理。

总而言之，手术治疗是一次性的，当然也有脑部病变不在主功能区的情况下，以及仅有单侧病变的情况下。而且只要在生活养护的后期，做到科学合理的护理，并继续接受相应的对症治疗，就有恢复健康的可能性。
