小孩子得癫痫能治疗好吗

2.抗癫痫加用非抗癫痫以减少不良反应。如用丙戊酸钠的治疗过程中出现少见的不良反应震颤时，在病人心功能正常的情况下可以加 用心得安用以缓解震颤的症状，提高病人的生活质量。

3.通常选用两种具有可互相抵消物不良反应作用的物，但这种情况很少。大多数抗癫痫的不良反应都有相加作用，这是可以理解的，因为抗癫痫的作用。于中枢神经系统，很多有相同或者相似的作用机制，所以它们的不良反应相似，而且合用时会使不良反应加重。

温馨提醒病人，一旦发现病情要及时治疗，否则会耽误病情，导致病情恶化，严重会有生命危险。只要患者能够与医生积极配合，展开治疗，保持良好的心态，相信很快就能走上健康成长的道路的。
