儿童患有癫痫，用什么方法治疗能好?

癫痫病，俗称羊癫疯，之所以这样叫，是因为癫痫病不仅危害很大，而且治疗起来也十分棘手，即使在医疗科技不断发展的今天，也没有什么方法能解除痛苦。这对成年病人来说，都是极其痛苦的事，何况身心幼稚的孩子，患者小小年纪，就要与癫痫作斗争，这让患者的心理蒙上一层阴影，也失去了童真的笑容。因此许多家长非常着急，也急切想知道有什么办法可以治疗儿童癫痫。

对儿童患者来说，目前临床上广泛使用的方法就是药物治疗，这主要是因为儿童的身体还比较脆弱，病情也不严重，不适合做复杂、风险较高的手术治疗。与之相比，药物治疗风险低，副作用小，疗效明显，治疗方便，非常适合儿童患者。而且目前的药品种类很多，具体到用什么药、用多少药、什么时候服用，都要科学诊断，并且谨遵医嘱，合理用药，尽量遵守单药治疗的原则，尽量减少药物的副作用，提醒患儿家长千万不要私自换药，这样就有可能加重病情!

治疗的一个重要环节就是心理疏导，家长朋友千万不要疏忽。癫痫病的发作，不仅严重损害了孩子的身体健康，还使孩子的心理受到巨大打击，患者常常会变得自卑、敏感，或焦躁不安，这些情绪都对治疗疾病不利，因此，家长必须带着孩子进行专科的心理治疗工作，给孩子心理上的压力，帮助患者走出阴影，用坚强乐观的心态去与癫痫作斗争。心理上的问题只有击垮了，才能真正地治疗好身体上的疾病，这也是恢复的关键。

平时要让孩子养成一个良好的作息习惯，不能熬夜、不能早起、玩游戏的时间要适度，避免强光刺激，保持充足的睡眠，让患者的大脑得到充分的休息和调节。就饮食而言，严谨不能吃得太多或吃得太饱。如今孩子比较挑食，喜欢吃快餐、点心、蛋糕冰激凌等，对于蔬菜水果不喜欢吃，这样的饮食偏好是不正确的，家长要及时纠正孩子的饮食习惯，尽量要避免让儿童吃辛辣、刺激的食物，平时要多补充维生素和蛋白质元素丰富的食物，这些对恢复身体也有好处。
