主要方式如下：监测母亲用药后的血清药物浓度，并辅以对婴儿的临床监测。女性癫痫患者哺乳期的注意事项包括在用药时必须要了解以下情况：抗癫痫药物禁用于哺乳期，因为它可能会在2岁以下婴儿中存在肝毒性。因为婴儿代谢率低，抗癫痫药物可导致镇静。监测婴儿的血清药物浓度有助于观察其毒性情况。

癫痫病人分娩会发作吗

1、在分娩过程中，一旦出现癫癎发作，应该尽快采取措施终止发作，可选用地西泮或劳拉西泮静脉注射;如果发作持续，应该按照癫癎持续状态处理;

2、同时采取措施尽快结束分娩，并作好新生儿抢救准备。

3、分娩过程中尽量避免各种发作诱发因素;

·4、分娩过程中及分娩后应该按时、按量服用AEDs，如果不能及时口服AEDs，应该通过其他途径给予足量AEDs;

5、如果在妊娠后期出现频繁全面性强直阵挛发作或部分性发作的时间延长，应该考虑通过剖宫产提前结束妊娠;
