大夫，你好，我家宝宝两岁10个月了，之前有一段时间晚上经常哭闹，睡觉不踏实很烦燥，总爱做梦、蹬被子，还喜欢扒着睡，一晚上总要哭闹两三次，有时是我们帮她盖被子或移动她(想让她躺好)，她就很烦，闭着眼睛哭闹，有时说：走开，不让你睡我的床，还蹬我们，宝宝爱做梦，有时说梦话，有时做梦非要一样东西，拿到手后，就会躺好再睡;

两周前，我们给她做了个检查，静态脑电波没事，医生建议我们做动态的，动态脑电波有异常，有突起，医生说是癫痫，我们有点怀疑，这种哭闹属于小儿癫痫吗?

这周宝宝感冒了，在姥姥家住的，晚上睡觉都很好，就是总说热，非要露着腿睡，或把被子全部蹬开。孩子也很聪明，学东西也很快，就是脾气大点。请问大夫，这种哭闹属于癫痫吗?看脑电波就能确定吗?孩子受到惊吓，脑电波会不会也有异常呀?如果是癫痫，能治好吗?
