为什么会患癫痫病

1、遗传因素

临床的医学调查和脑电图的研究均显示，原发性的癫痫具有遗传性，一些是单基因遗传，一些是多基因遗传，不一定都呈显性，即不一定都会发作。近几年的研究发现在脑外伤、感染、中毒后引发的癫痫也可能存在有遗传因素。

2、年龄因素

青少年是癫痫病的高发人群，这说明年龄对癫痫的发病率有一定的影响。多数癫痫患者的初发年龄在20岁以前，新生儿主要呈移动部分性发作，6个月到5岁的小儿以热性惊厥癫痫最为多见。青年或成年以后则以颅脑损伤为发病原因，中年到老年时期就以颅脑肿瘤、脑血管病等为主。

3、睡眠因素

精神性运动发作的患者多在早上醒来和晚上入睡时发作，这就是与睡眠有关。睡眠质量差，睡觉多梦，容易引发失神发作，这样的患者注意晚上睡觉不要在较高的床上，防止夜里癫痫发作从床上摔伤，加重病情。

4、内分泌因素

女性癫痫患者在经期容易发病，因为这时候内分泌过于频繁，雌性激素分泌的多，会加剧癫痫病的发作症状。孕妇在孕期身体的功能不稳定，也会使癫痫发作次数增加，被人们成为妊娠癫痫。
