上网无度，有癫痫病史的人尽量少上网，一般的连续上网时间控制在2个小时以内，甚至电视都要少看，否则可能会引发癫痫。另外癫痫病患者应该尽早的到正规医院接受治疗，不要存在心理负担，保持乐观向上的心态，癫痫病不是精神病，更不是不治之症。
