适用于各种类型的癫痫患者，但是更适合于初期被诊断为轻度癫痫的患者。

2、手术治疗

开颅手术是直接针对病灶脑皮质进行切除，治愈率在70%-80%

其缺点在于：开颅手术的风险很高，对于手术的准确度、专业度要求非常高，只有丰富经验的医生，才能确保成功，而且一旦失败，开颅手术就会造成癫痫患者二次伤害，手术留下后遗症更是雪上加霜。最重要的一点是，传统开颅手术仍然有40%左右的复发率。

多数患者不适合，需要患者根据患者个体情况反复审核和斟酌才予以考虑。

3、中医药物治疗
