其次就是阵挛性癫痫发作，这种癫痫发作患者一般表现为突然意识丧失，四肢、头面部有节律地抖动。目光茫然。癫痫发作一般持续数秒或十数秒缓解，患者每天可发作数十次甚至上百次，但由于发作形式较为隐蔽且时间短，易被忽略。但是持续时间长了对于患者身体造成伤害，所以一定要及时处理。

还有癫痫病患者最长出现的就是强直性癫痫，这是很多的患者都会出现这种发作，这种症状也是儿童癫痫患者多发的症状。癫痫患者突然发病且全身僵硬，四肢无节律的颤动，发作突然出现可表现为突然跌倒，也会伴有面色或口唇青紫。患者在发作时候很容易伤到自己，家属要多注意。

全身性癫痫大发作相对较少，但是也很常见。癫痫大发作是一种较为严重的癫痫发病。此发作可称为强直性阵挛发作。全身性癫痫伴有尖叫，全身僵硬，继而出现四肢有节律的抖动。随即而至的患者面色青紫，珏齿紧咬，可能会咬破舌头。偶尔会出现大小便失禁。小儿癫痫发作后可表现出烦躁、哭闹等，家属要注意及时护理。
