1、思维方面：思维过程及其表达均缓慢、固执，带有粘滞性，联想困难，讲话时可表现病理性赘述、言语啰嗦，主次不分，抓不住中心。病人还有持续言语现象，经常重复同一词语及内容而无法自拔。

2、情绪方面：过分呆滞，也有的情绪不稳，但最后可发展为情感淡漠及衰退。

3、行为方面：做事过分细致，一丝不苟，固执，墨守成规，难以适应新环境。此后意志行为减退，活动减少。
