(1)对苯二氮卓类药物过敏者，可能对本药过敏。

(2)肝肾功能损害者能延长本药清除半衰期。

(4)严重的精神抑郁可使病情加重,甚至产生自杀倾向，应采取预防措施。

(5)避免长期大量使用而成瘾，如长期使用应逐渐减量，不宜骤停。

(6)对本类药耐受量小的患者初用量宜小。

以下情况慎用：

(1)严重的急性乙醇中毒，可加重中枢神经系统抑制作用。

(2)重度重症肌无力，病情可能被加重。

(3)急性或隐性发生闭角型青光眼可因本品的抗胆碱能效应而使病情加重。

(4)低蛋白血症时，可导致易嗜睡、难醒。

(5)多动症者可有反常反应。

(6)严重慢性阻塞性肺部病变，可加重呼吸衰竭。

(7)外科或长期卧床病人，咳嗽反射可受到抑制。

(8)有药物滥用和成瘾史者。
