脑损伤可分为闭合性损伤和开放性损伤两大类，前者指脑组织与外界不相的损伤;后者指脑组织与外界相的损伤，有头皮颅骨开裂，并有脑脊液和(或)脑组织外溢。

闭合性脑损伤可分为脑震荡、脑挫裂伤和脑干损伤。脑震荡指头部外伤后短暂的脑功能障碍，伤后昏迷短暂，一般于数分钟或30分钟内恢复，伤后数日内可有轻度头痛、恶心、呕吐，无神经系统阳性体征。

局限性癫痫(羊癫疯)是大脑皮质某个部位(如中央前、后回)的器质性病变引起的癫痫(羊癫疯)发作，也叫纯部分发作。局限性癫痫(羊癫疯)临床表现取决于大脑异常放电的部位及传播范围。大脑皮质运动区(中央前回)不同部位支配着身体对侧不同部位的运动，大脑皮质感觉区(中央后回)不同部位接受着身体对侧不同部位的感觉。若癫痫(羊癫疯)放电只限于运动区或感觉区，则引起所支配部位的运动性或感觉性的局限性癫痫(羊癫疯)。勿陷入八大癫痫(羊癫疯)病认识误区

运动性发作，表现为身体某一部分有节律的抽动，持续数秒，意识清楚。如一侧的口角、眼睑、手指的抽动，一侧肢体的痉挛抽搐等。如果从一侧拇指开始，经手指、腕部、肘部向肩部扩展，则称之为jackson癫痫(羊癫疯)。较严重的抽搐进展后，发作部位可留有暂时性(24小时内)瘫痪，称之为todd麻痹。部分病人可于几日内恢复。

感觉性发作，表现为口角、舌部、手指的麻木感、针刺感、寒冷感或触电感等。若癫痫(羊癫疯)性放电扩展，可延及半身。癫痫(羊癫疯)病能治愈吗

视觉性发作，常见为眼前闪光，亦可出现有一定形态、色彩和动作的复杂形象、人像、景色等，有时表现为视觉缺失或盲点。听觉性发作，可有简单的音响或短暂的听力丧失等。眩晕性发作，坠落感、飘动感、移动感等。
