癫痫病的早期症状都什么

1、失神发作(小发作)：多见于4-10岁小儿，表现为短暂的意识丧失，发呆凝视，呼吸暂停，约有1/3-1/2病例伴有大发作。脑电图为3Hz棘-慢波阵发，过度换气时明显。

2、强直阵挛性发作(大发作)：可为原发性全身性强直-阵挛性发作和继发性全身性强直-阵性发作。临挛特点：可见于任何年龄组，突然的意识丧失，瞳孔散大，对光反应消失，两眼上翻，四肢抽动，有时伴口吐白沫或大小便失禁，发作后嗜睡头痛。脑电图为双侧同步对称的尖波、尖-慢波阵法，或由局灶性扩延为两侧同步对称异常放电。

3、婴儿痉挛症：多为1岁内婴儿起病，为点头、弯腰、举手、等肌阵挛性发作，精神运动发育落后和高峰节律紊乱脑电图改变。

4、Lennex-Gastaut综合症：由婴儿至青少年均可起病，冲头、发呆凝视或跌倒、抽搐，日发数次至数十次精神运动发育落后，脑电图呈慢的棘-慢波、多棘-慢波发放，治疗较为困难，预后较差。

5、局灶运动性或感觉性发作：常表现为面肌抽搐或肢体抽搐，或肢体发麻、疼痛及特殊感觉，脑电图为局灶性异常放电，CT或MRI常可找到脑结构异常。对于头痛型或腹痛型的癫痫发作，应除外器质性病变。
