　　1、泛发性强直痉挛发作(全身性大发作)：个案意识完全不清，且会跌倒在地上而易受到伤害;从意识丧失到苏醒历时数分钟，四肢和脸部常出现无法控制的痉挛。

　　2、单纯局部羊癫疯：上述的种类皆属于泛发性发作，也就是发作时意识丧失，和患者说话时皆无反应。但是局部发作时患者的意识清楚，和外界的互动良好。而症状可以是一手或是一脚抽动，或部分的身体有奇怪的感觉等。

　　3、简单部分运动性发作：表现为病灶对侧口角、眼睑、手指、足趾或一侧面部及肢体末端短阵性抽搐或麻木刺痛。抽搐有时可由手指至上肢扩展到对侧。症状持续数分钟以上。发作时意识不丧失。

　　4、精神运动性发作：情感障碍，可产生发作性的情感异常，像突然觉得忧伤、愤怒、恐惧、大祸临头、末日来临等。仅有意识障碍：应与失神发作区别，发作时的意识障碍多在1分钟上述，而失神发作多在1分钟以内。

　　5、大发作的临床表现为突然意识丧失，尖叫，全身抽搐，咬舌，两眼上翻，角弓反张，心率加快，血压升高，呼吸暂停，瞳孔变大，持续约10至20秒后转为全身肌肉群痉挛和松弛交替出现，口吐白沫或血沫，牙关紧闭，大小便失禁等，自发作起到结束一般5至10分钟，患者醒后会感觉头痛无力，对于发病过程全无记忆。

　　羊癫疯的类型是多样的，不同类型的羊癫疯在发作的时候，症状的表现也是各不相同的，因此人们要对于羊癫疯的症状有一个全面的了解，这样才能更好地帮羊癫疯患者恢复健康。
