慢波睡眠期持续性棘慢波的癫痫综合征有哪些特点

1.好发年龄多见于3～10岁的儿童。90%患者有癫痫发作，主要在夜间发作的癫痫，呈部分运动性、全身强直、阵挛性发作，少数患者清醒时可有不典型失神发作，极少数仅有EEG的异常而无临床的癫痫发作，此发作过程呈良性，多数病人在15岁前发作消失，最迟不超过20岁。

2.常影响智力。主要表现：言语困难，记忆力减退，空间定向力下降，注意力不集中，易激怒，有攻击行为等，智力评估智商在正常水平以下。

3.特征性EEG。发作开始后出现慢波睡眠中连续不断的弥漫性棘慢波，在REM睡眠期，广泛性棘慢波消退，出现阵发性发放或局灶慢波，多见于颞叶，其次是顶叶、额叶，与清醒时的EEG上出现的慢波部位一致。清醒状态的EEG显示局灶或广泛性棘慢波。

4.预后良好。在青春期(20岁前)癫痫发作和棘慢波放电停止。

引起癫痫大发作的因素有哪些：1、年龄影响：年龄问题为致使患者癫痫病发的因素之一，年龄可影响癫痫疾病发病率、患者发作类型和预后。引起癫痫大发作的因素有哪些呢?一般大多数此类疾病患者初发年龄在20岁之前。正常的新生儿表现为移动的部分性发作，而6个月-5岁幼儿常表现为热性惊厥。

2、遗传因素：遗传为比较多见的癫痫病症原因，经过对谱系和脑电图的研究及流行病学的调查发现，原发性的癫痫疾病有一定的遗传性，主要分为单基因遗传和多基因遗传两种方式。引起癫痫大发作的因素有哪些呢?感染、中毒和外伤造成的病症发作也可有遗传因素的参与导致的。

3、觉醒和睡眠周期：觉醒与睡眠周期也影响患者病症的出现，觉醒癫痫一般是在早晨醒来或傍晚时，患者出现全身强直一阵挛性发作;睡眠癫痫则常在患者入睡后和觉醒之前发生;觉醒和睡眠时都出现病症发作者为不定期癫痫
