癫痫的症状有哪些

1、癫痫小发作：癫痫小发作只有短暂的意识丧失，常在吃饭、阅读、散步时发作，表现为两眼呆视，说话或动作中断，呆立或呆坐不动，面色苍白，面无表情，手中持物掉落，呼之不应。不跌倒，有时伴有不自主动作，如咀嚼、点火、搓弄衣扣，以及面、唇、舌、一侧肢体的颤搐，持续几秒钟到几十秒钟，不超过1分钟，发作过后仍然继续原来正在进行的动作。发作较频繁，一天可多达数十次，多见于儿童。

2、癫痫大发作：癫痫患者突然神志不清，大叫一声，跌倒在地，常因此而跌伤，双眼上翻或瞪目呆视，随即发生全身肌肉阵阵抽搐、咬牙、舌唇咬破出血、口吐白沫，可伴大小便失禁。抽搐持续一分钟至数分钟即自行停止，此后转入昏睡或躁动不安。有的立即清醒，有的几小时才能完全清醒。醒后对发作情况不能记忆。如果大发作接连不断，神志不清醒，这就叫癫痫持续状态，应及时抢救，否则会衰竭死亡。

3、部分性发作癫痫：起源于脑结构性病变的部分性癫痫，其预后决定于病因是否得到根除。这类癫痫虽然对药物治疗具有抵抗性，但经过3-5年治疗之后其缓解仍可达40%-45%。只有一种发作形式的比具有多种发作形式的患者预后好，其缓解可高达65%以上，复杂部分性发作停药后复发较高，多数学者建议应长期服药控制。部分性发作最适宜手术治疗，手术常能控制其发作。
