四、不能正确理解癫痫的手术治疗

太早的手术治疗，容易丧失非手术治疗使之完全缓解的可能性，而太晚的干预又不可避免地加重神经功能损害，所以若在正规药物治疗观察2年以后仍为难治性，可以考虑手术。
