青春期患有癫痫会出现哪些症状表现

实验室检查：主要包括：①脑电图检查：在月经周期前后检查：脑电图呈广泛性的棘波、尖波、棘-慢波或尖-慢波综合活动;呈同步爆发的棘波或棘-慢波综合活动;呈弥散性θ波和δ波活动;②CT或MRI头颅扫描：呈额、顶、颞部蛛网膜下腔积液或脑室系统扩大。胼胝体发育不良。

青春期女性癫痫的症状可分为以下两类：

1、月经前期：病人都会出现不同程度的精神障碍。青春性癫痫的症状表现为困倦乏力、焦虑、恐惧、抑郁，情绪不稳，失眠、悲观失望、退学终止学业，精神错乱，无欲状态、学习困难。

2、经期发作：所有青春期癫痫患者经期发作均与月经周期有关，青春期癫痫先兆多有头痛、头晕、呕吐、全身乏力、嗜睡、焦虑等。其中单纯部分性发作，主要表现局灶性发作，多见于口角、眼睑、手指(趾)或面部、一侧肢体抽搐，意识清醒或模糊等，复杂部分性发作，表现形式多样，主要为精神活动异常，思想和记忆障碍，情感异常，有自动症意识障碍。失神伴有肌阵挛发作，患者的表现有突然失神样，持物跌落，同时有局部眼睑、口角或其他肌群肌阵挛，然后发展为全身性肌阵挛发作。

　　温馨提示：发作时使病人平卧，在病人上下臼齿之间放置牙垫，预防舌咬伤。病人床旁要有床档、安全带等保护装置，防止坠床和碰撞伤。切忌强行按压病人肢体以免发生肌肉拉伤、骨折、关节脱位等。发作时将患者头偏向一侧，防止舌后坠。松开衣领促使唾液、呕吐物流出。病人口腔有分泌物或呕吐物时，要立即清除以防止误吸。保持呼吸道通畅，如自主呼吸停止，立即行人工复苏，有条件者可气管内插管应用呼吸机支持呼吸。癫痫手术
