　　2、尽量的要保护患者口舌，避免咬伤。为了避免患者咬伤舌头，应在患者上下颌未闭紧之前，将缠好的纱布或者压舌板等柔软物体，卷成卷放入患者口中。若是患者发作时已经牙关紧闭，千万不要暴力强行撬开患者口腔，否则会伤害到患者本身。很多家属也许很着急，把自己的手伸了进去，这是万万不能的，这样反而会在患者无意识的情况下伤害到自己。

　　3、尽可能的保持患者呼吸通畅，让其呈平卧位，并且立即解开患者的衣领，松开腰带、纽扣等，使其保持呼吸通畅;同时把患者头侧向一边，避免吐出物堵塞呼吸道，引起窒息。

　　4、患者发作期间不可强行对患者身体进行按压，以免造成意外伤害。若是患者发作持续时间较长，那么救助者一定要及时拨打120电话，送往医院进行救治，避免发生意外。
