3、如果有的患者使用了药物治疗没有什么效果的话，这个时候就可以试试手术治疗了，但是这个方法主要针对的是那些难治性的患者，并且病情十分严重的癫痫患者，通过手术的方式直接切除患者的病灶，可以迅速的减轻患者的痛苦。当然虽然是手术治疗效果很好，但是手术治疗有一定的风险，患者考虑清楚在选择。

4、在治疗的时候除了积极配合以外， 还一定要注意一些生活上的小细节，比如说一定要注意自己的休息时间，充足的睡眠，还有饮食上也要注意，饮食要清淡一些刺激性的发物如牛羊肉都是尽量少吃，还有要戒烟酒等，避免癫痫疾病的发作。
