　　癫痫有什么症状，癫痫明显的表现为：全身不适、易激怒、烦躁不安、情绪忧郁、经常挑剔别人或抱怨别人、心情不好等。我们最熟悉的癫痫，在发作的前数秒也是有相关的症状出现的，比如：在前几秒，病人会出现错觉、幻觉、局部肌阵挛自动症或者其他的特殊的感觉等等。而这些症状在精神运动性发作也是会出现的。

癫痫病在诊治时候容易产生那些误区

癫痫发作时，可伴有植物神经症状，如面色苍白或、恶心呕吐、头痛、腹痛、瞳孔扩大、心动过速、心悸、呼吸暂停等，但上述症状多为全身性或局部性发作的伴随现象，极少有以植物神经症状为唯一表现的癫痫发作。临床“头痛性癫痫”、“腹痛性癫痫”诊断，应受到高度置疑。

有的患儿癫痫发作后来院就诊，接诊医生马上就予行脑电图检查，认为发作后时间越短做脑电图检查则阳性率越高。诚然，发作后尽快脑电图检查，发现问题的几率是很高，但需注意，非癫痫性的抽搐发作后脑电图也可以不正常，所以儿童癫痫发作后，短时间内的脑电图检查无助于癫痫的诊断，反而容易诱导误诊。

根据不同的发作形式选药、癫痫的药物治疗原则包括单药治疗、长期治疗、血药浓度监测、药物毒副作用监测等。开始抗癫痫治疗时，药物都要从一个相对较小的剂量用起，且抗癫痫药物达到稳定血药浓度需一定时间，如丙戊酸钠、卡马西平需5～7d，鲁米那需3周。有的患儿治疗2～3d不见效，就予更换药物，势必造成治疗混乱，反而不利于病情控制。
