误区之二：有的病人服药时间很短，症状没有完全得到控制或症状控制不理想，就认为此类药物不管事、没效果，就放弃了治疗或改服其它药型。

这样做既延误了治疗时间，又造成经济上的浪费。要知道一种药品要达到治疗目的取决于下列因素：1、药品的适应症;2、血中药物的有效浓度;3、药物的作用途径。

误区之三：患了癫痫病忌口太多

有人认为不少食物可能会引起癫痫，因而对病人有很多限制。有的甚至不许吃肉、鸡蛋、虾等，这些都是没有科学根据的。癫痫患者应与一般人一样，应吃家常便饭，而且食品应多样化，米饭、面食、肥肉、瘦肉、鸡蛋、牛奶、水果、蔬菜、鱼、虾等都要多吃一点，饮食无需任何禁忌，但要记住饮食要有规律，不要暴饮暴食，有时过饥过饱会诱发癫痫，烟、酒、茶、咖啡、巧克力会诱发癫痫发作，需要禁忌。
