4、带患儿定期复诊，即使在一段时间内癫痫没有发作，也应该定期带患儿复诊，并根据医嘱调整药物的剂量和服的次数，并定期监测血常规、肝功能。5、家长要留意患儿的心理变化，帮助患儿解除患儿精神上的负担，避免其出现自卑情绪。此外，家长还应详细记录患儿的发病情况，例如发作次数、抽搐部位、顺序和持续时间，以及发作时患儿的意识状态、呼吸及大小便情况。
