3、脑血管疾病：除脑血管畸形和蛛网膜下腔出血产生羊癫疯时年龄较轻外，卒中后羊癫疯多见于中、老年人，特别是脑栓塞、脑血栓形成和多发性腔隙发作。

4、颅内肿瘤、颅脑损伤：颅脑损伤后遗羊癫疯者，伴有凹陷性骨折、硬脑膜撕裂以及局部神经系统体征，长期损伤后记忆障碍。

5、先天性畸形：如染色体畸形、先天性脑积水、小头畸形，胼胝体发育不全、脑皮质发育不全等。
