1.常见的伴有意识改变或行为改变的发作类型。

(1)单纯部分性发作：表现为突然出现抽搐、麻、出汗、头晕眼花;或恶心，听力、视觉、嗅觉或味:发生改变;或出现强烈异常的感觉。

(2)复杂部分性发作：可表现为在衣服上摸索、重复的吞咽东西、神志恍惚地来回走动等。但这时i者意识+清，不知道其周围的环境以及自己在做什么

(3)失张力发作：患者由于肌肉失去控制而突然跌绳在地，很快恢复。

(4)肌阵挛发作：短暂的强迫性抽搐，可影晌到I：身或身体的一部分，有时抽搐可能很严重，使患者跌到在地：

(5)失神发作：发作时患者突然中断活动，即亥ij出现意识丧失，完全不知道他周围正在发生什么，但很短的时间内恢复正常。

2.发作时的现场处fl及注意事项：首先帮助患者离开危险地方，和患者呆在一起直到患者意识或行为改变完全恢复。处理过程中注意不能过度限制患者活动，不能采取惊吓患者的任何行为(如做一个突然的动作或对他们大喊大叫)。其他注意事项同大发作。
