　　儿童头痛癫痫症状，癫痫是慢性反复发作性短暂脑功能失调综合征。以脑神经元异常放电引起反复痫性发作为特征。癫痫是神经系统常见疾病之一，患病率仅次于脑卒中。癫痫的发病率与年龄有关。一般认为1岁以内患病率最高，其次为1～10岁以后逐渐降低。我国男女之比为1.15∶1～1.7∶1。种族患病率无明显差异。

癫痫难以治疗的原因是什么

1、没有按癫痫发作类型选药：因为一种抗癫痫药不是对所有发作类型都有效，而某些抗癫痫药对某种发作类型不但无效，反而能使发作加重。

2、用量不够：用药量不够也是癫痫难以得到治疗的原因之一。癫痫患儿个体差异很大，在同年龄同样发作类型的小儿中，有的每日用2片即可控制发作，有的小儿每日用6片才能控制发作，也有的每日用8片仍不能控制发作。因此癫痫患者在用药过程中，一定要由家长和医生结合，慢慢摸索每一位癫痫患儿的具体用量，才能更好地控制发作。

3、不规律服药：不少看癫痫病的医生不能根据某一癫痫患者的发作类型，选择适当药物，制定出长远的治疗计划，而是任意加药、减药、换药或停药，造成发作长期不能控制或慢性药物中毒。

4、停药太快：有不少癫痫患儿半年不犯病就在几天内完全停止用药。这样不仅会再次发作，而且会引起癫痫发作持续状态。

癫痫难治的因素有哪些

1、发作类型：难治性癫痫与发作类型有关。典型失神和单纯大发作预后较好。大样本病例调查结果发现，复杂部分发作约40%成为难治性癫痫。婴儿痉挛症和Lennox-Gastant

综合征治疗往往困难，常遗留智力不全。

2、起病年龄：儿童时间癫痫起病越早，成为难治性癫痫的可能性越大。新生儿开始的癫痫，约1/2预后差，约1/4死于发育畸形、感染等。婴儿早期癫痫性脑病，多在出生后前3个月发病，发病年龄早是大田原综合征的主要特征。而在其他类型的癫痫中，首发年龄越大，成为难治性癫痫的可能性越大，尤其在超过60岁以上的老年人往往对常用的抗癫痫药耐药。

3、癫痫状态与初期治疗效果：由于癫痫状态可引起脑部损伤和改变中枢神经系统的可塑性，因而有过癫痫状态，尤其在以癫痫状态为首先症状的癫痫病人，易成为难治性癫痫。

4、病变部位：研究发现，难治性癫痫相当部分起源于颞叶。近年报道手术治疗的难治性癫痫也主要在颞叶。
