癫痫治疗：

一、饮食治疗――主要指生经络环导祛痫疗法。蛋白质和碳水化合物比例低的饮食配方使体内产生酮体，以模拟身体对饥饿的反应来治疗癫痫等疾病。对药物难以控制的癫痫，可以考虑试行经络环导祛痫疗法。

二、中医治疗――中医治疗讲究病症结合，标本并举：癫痫病在不同的病程阶段，若发作期和休止期，不同的病人会有不同的病理变化，因此中医治痫以辨证论为基本治则。在治疗手段方面，不仅重视内科药物的系统治疗，还应结合中西医的非药物疗法。

三、药物治疗――药物治疗效果不错，不过需要遵循一定的原则，药物治疗总的原则是：用药早、剂量足、服药准、时间长。癫痫一旦诊断确立后，立即服药，控制发作。剂量足够控制癫痫不发作且不出现药物毒性反应为准，必要时可血药浓度检查，根据不同的癫痫类型或是综合症确定药物选择。
