癫痫病因有哪些

1、高热惊厥后遗：严重和持久的高热惊厥可以导致包括神经元缺失和胶质增生的脑损害，主要在颞叶内侧面，尢其在海体。

2、产前期和围生期疾病：产伤是婴儿期症状性羊癫疯的常见发病的原因。挫伤、水肿、出血和梗塞也能导致局部脑硬化，若干年后形成病灶。脑性瘫痪患者也常并发羊癫疯。

3、脑血管疾病：除脑血管畸形和蛛网膜下腔出血产生羊癫疯时年龄较轻外，卒中后羊癫疯多见于中、老年人，特别是脑栓塞、脑血栓形成和多发性腔隙发作。

4、颅内肿瘤、颅脑损伤：颅脑损伤后遗羊癫疯者，伴有凹陷性骨折、硬脑膜撕裂以及局部神经系统体征，长期损伤后记忆障碍。

5、先天性畸形：如染色体畸形、先天性脑积水、小头畸形，胼胝体发育不全、脑皮质发育不全等。
