青少年癫痫病的症状表现

癫痫大发作，也叫全身性强直——阵挛性发作。这是比较严重的一种。病人往往突然神志丧失，并有全身抽搐，发作前一瞬间出现上腹不适、胸腹气上升、眩晕、心悸和各种幻觉等;身体的某个部位抽动或头眼向一侧转动;也可以为无名恐惧、濒死感或如入梦境。

癫痫小发作，主要出现在儿童和少年，失神小发作，以5～10岁发病者为多。发作时表现为短暂的意识丧失，既不跌倒，也不抽搐，往往突然停止原来的活动、中断谈话、面色变白、双目凝视无神。

松弛性发作，多见于儿童，突然意识丧失和肌张力消失，跌倒于地，肌阵挛小发作，以头部和上肢肌肉为主的双侧节律性肌肉阵挛抽动，频率为每秒钟3次。

癫痫小发作表现为言语及活动突然中断，两眼凝视，偶尔上翻，有时面色苍白，无先兆。手中持物落地，有时打碎饭碗，发作停止后，继续原来的活动。多数每次发作2-15秒，不超过1分钟，每日数次至数十次。突然发生，突然终止。

在意识障碍的背景上，常有错觉、幻觉及自动症等。因多由颞叶病变引起，故又称颞叶癫痫，精神感觉症状，如错觉，听觉异常时，别人对自己的谈话像是隔了一堵墙，情感障碍：可产生发作性的情感异常，像突然感到忧伤、愤怒、恐惧、大祸临头、末日来临等，识别性症状：记忆障碍最常见。

有的病人对本来陌生的人或物产生熟悉的感觉，称“似曾相识”感，精神运动症状：以自动症常见。口咽部不自主的动作，如吮吸、咀嚼、吞咽等，有的病人手擦衣服，手举空中划圈等，复合型，表现为多秧复杂症状的综合。
