　　5、少食碱性食物，如某些蔬菜和食用碱等。若血液偏于碱性，则对钙的化合物分解不利，使血钙降低，神经兴奋性增强，而促使发作。饮食应荤素配搭，酸碱平衡有助于预防复发。
