　　3、大发作：约占癫痫发作的50%，多在1岁左右或14—17岁之间。癫痫大发作的主要症状表现是突然神志不清，大叫一声，跌倒在地，双眼上翻或瞪目呆视，随即发生全身肌肉阵阵抽搐、咬牙、舌唇咬破出血、口吐白沫，可伴大小便失禁。抽搐持续一分钟至数分钟自然停止，然后开始昏睡或躁动不安。醒后对发作情况不能记忆。
