有报告癫痫患者妊娠时并发症发病率能增加50%，如孕期出血、妊娠毒血症、早产、剖腹产、自发流产及羊膜炎等，而且婴儿死亡率也高。患者应当与神经科和妇产科医师密切配合进行治疗，保证分娩的安全。
