额叶羊癫疯有什么特征

1、顶叶羊癫疯特征：表现为单纯部分性感觉性发作，有针刺感或触电感，可以为局限的也可以为杰克逊型(扩散型)。可以出现有移动一部分身体的愿望，或者有一种身体的一部分被移动的感觉，最常涉及的部位是在皮质最大的感觉代表区如手、上肢和面部，还可有舌的蚁走感、僵硬感或冰凉感。面部的感觉症状可出现于双侧，偶尔发生腹内的下沉感、闷塞感或恶心感，尤其在涉及顶叶下外侧部时多见。偶尔也可有疼痛感，表现为浅表的烧灼感或不明确的、非常严重的阵发性疼痛感。也可有顶叶的视幻觉、眩晕。如右侧顶叶常有麻木、部分躯体缺失或失认等现象。脑电图示局限的尖波发放。

2、前额区羊癫疯特征：发病一开始病人就失去与外界接触，眼球内转，接着头和双眼向对侧转动，体轴性阵挛性跳动和跌倒，并有自主神经症状，常可发展成全身性强直――阵挛发作。

3、额叶眶面羊癫疯的特征：以自动症、幻嗅、自主神经症状或尿失禁开始的复杂局灶性发作，发作期脑电图为低平节律性棘波，继而变为弥漫性(常需用特殊电极)。常见病因为外伤和胶质瘤。

4、额叶背外侧羊癫疯特征：有转动动作和失语的单纯部分性强直性发作或以自动症开始的复杂部分性发作。常见病因为外伤、星形细胞瘤和少枝胶质细胞瘤。

5、运动皮质羊癫疯特征：表现为单纯部分性发作，取决于运动区哪一部位受累。在前中央区下部，可以有语言中断、发音或语言障碍、对侧面部强直――阵挛动作，常扩展为全身性发作;在中央区受累时为部分性运动性发作，或杰克生发作，特别易在对侧上肢开始;涉及旁中央小叶的发作，则可发生同侧足和对侧腿的发作。

6、运动辅区羊癫疯的特征：有姿势性发作、单纯部分性强直性发作(可伴有发声、语言停止等)和有尿失禁的复杂部分性发作，脑电图示低平节律性多棘波，常需深电极探查以发现病灶，常见病因为局限性脑萎缩、肿瘤和动静脉畸形。
