如何观察癫痫病发作的情况

发作时神智清是否清楚

有没有意识丧失，叫他时有没有反应。若叫病人时他不会说话但事后说“能听见，但说不出来”，这就不算是意识丧失。发作时，掐病人中穴和扎针时有没有反应，都不算是意识丧失。

抽搐的部位及形式

抽搐的时候，尤其是刚开始抽搐的部位，要分辨是一侧肢体还是双侧肢体;面部有没有抽搐，如果面部有抽搐，要观察是左侧还是右侧;发作的形式，是不是突然点头、弯腰，两臂是上举还是下垂，腿抽搐不抽搐，手中物品落地不落地，两眼睁大还是紧闭，眼球向哪个方向看等;抽搐持续的时间，大概是几秒钟还是几分钟。

发作的次数

1天大概发作几次。如果病程长，一个月发作几次，1年犯几次。

发作时有没有特殊的动作
