惊厥性癫痫病症状都有那些?惊厥性癫痫病症状1、强直性癫痫持续状态：发生于儿童和少年的小发作变异型(即LennoX-Gastaut综合征)。此型较少见，每小时多次发作且可持续数天到数十天，意识障碍轻。

惊厥性癫痫病症状2、全身强直阵挛性癫痫持续状态(或称大发作持续状态)：其临床表现为反复的全身强直阵挛发作，2次发作间期意识不清，或1次发作持续在30分钟以上。这是最常见的一种癫痫持续状态，也是最需要积极抢救的类型。常可造成脑缺氧、缺血、水肿，重则形成脑疝，以及呼吸循环衰竭、电解质紊乱或继发感染而死亡。

惊厥性癫痫病症状3、肌阵挛型癫痫持续状态：较少见，多在婴幼儿期发生，婴儿痉挛症及Lennox-Gastaut综合征均可发生，表现为数小时甚至数日连续肌阵挛发作，常无意识障碍。

惊厥性癫痫病症状4、偏侧性癫痫持续状态：多发生在婴儿时期，多数为一侧性阵挛状态，少数是一侧强直状态，可持续数小时至数日，多伴有意识障碍，在发作间歇时可见惊厥的半侧肢体有短暂或长久性瘫痪，部分病儿以后可成为半身瘫痪半身抽搐癫痫综合征(HH综合征)。

惊厥性癫痫病症状5、简单部分发作持续状态：主要有简单部分运动性发作持续状态，表现为身体一部分持续不停地抽搐，达数小时或数日，但无意识障碍，可发展为继发性全身性癫痫持续状态。简单部分发作持续状态发作终止后可有发作部位的瘫痪(TOdd瘫痪)，多由中央区附近病灶引起。

非惊厥性癫痫病症状的持续状态

1、失神性癫痫持续状态(或称小发作状态)：表现为持续性不同程度的意识障碍达30分钟以上，多见于儿童。

2、复杂部分发作癫痫持续状态(或称精神运动型�痫持续状态)：表现为长时间的精神错乱状态或神游，持续数日甚至数月，事后完全不能回忆或仅有模糊记忆，有时可紧跟在1次全身强直阵挛发作之后出现，易误诊全身强直阵挛发作后状态。

　　除了以上症状外，还会表现为出现短暂的意识丧失，如手中的东西突然掉在地上，但很快恢复正常;幼儿还常发生短促的不自主的骨骼肌收缩，表现为突然冲动、跌到，可同时出现强直性发作。婴儿痉挛发作时，颈、躯干及四肢肌肉发生短暂快速收缩，全身突然屈曲，双臂前伸，有时头、躯干后仰，随后剧哭，这种发作可在至岁自行停止，多数幼儿智能发育迟缓，也就是羊羔疯发作的影响。北京协和医院癫痫治疗
