3、手术治疗治疗癫痫也可通过手术进行治疗，通过开颅手术切除或损毁致痫灶和(或)癫痫灶之间的神经纤维联系，从而防止癫痫异常放电的产生和播散，主要适用于难治性癫痫。

4、其他治疗其实，对于治疗癫痫效果比较好的方法，是一个体系，要治疗与护理相结合。其他治疗癫痫的方法也有避免癫痫的诱发因素，养成健康生活习惯，如避免电脑游戏、疲劳、发热、脱水、过度饮水等;中医中药、针灸治疗在一定程度上也有一定的疗效;精神心理治疗和康复治疗，可提高癫痫患者生活质量。
