一、蛋白质：牛奶中含蛋白质百分之三至百分之四，容易吸收利用，所以生理价值较高。牛奶蛋蛋白质的赖氨酸和蛋氨酸含量较高，能补充类蛋白质氨基酸组成的不足，提高其营养价值。

二、脂肪：牛奶含脂肪，乳中脂肪是微细的脂肪颗粒分散在乳中，因些容易消化吸引。

三、维生素：乳中含糖百分之三至百分之六，主要是乳糖。除了脂溶性维生素a、d外，乳中还含有硫氨素、核黄素和尼克酸等b族维生素。四、无机盐：乳中的无机盐主要是钙、磷、钾等。牛乳中的钙比蔬菜容易吸收利用，因此牛奶是癫痫患者较好的补充营养的食用乳类。

一般情况下以每日二至三次、每次一百毫升为宜。有的患者认为既然维生素和牛奶有这么多好处，那就大量用不更好吗?其实不然，什么东西都不能过量。要记住物极必反的道理，吃多了反而会患其它疾病。
