(1)小婴儿癫痫性脑病伴爆发抑制(大田原综合征)

(2)婴儿痉挛症诊断要点：

〈1〉以鞠躬样、点头样或闪电样痉挛为特征;

〈2〉每次发作表现为单个或一连串的多次痉挛，每天可发作数次、数拾次或更多;

〈3〉常在出生后至1岁之内发病，4-6个月发病较多，1岁以后很少发生;

〈4〉部分伴有精神、智力发育迟缓;

〈5〉脑电图出现高幅失律。

(3)Lennox-Gastaut综合征(小发作变异型)诊断要点：

〈1〉发作形式多样，包括肌阵挛发作、运动性发作、强直发作和不典型小发作，同一患儿可有二、三种发作混合出现;

〈2〉大多在4岁以前发病，1-2岁最多见;

〈3〉脑损害体征和智力发育迟缓较常见;

〈4〉脑电图表现为2.5次/秒以下的棘-慢综合波。

(4)肌阵挛起立不能性癫痫

三、尚不能确定是部分性或全身性发作的癫痫

1、婴儿期严重肌阵挛性癫痫

2、发生于慢波睡眠时有持续性棘慢波的癫痫

3、获得性失语性癫痫。
