专家：原发性癫痫，百分之八十的病人是靠药物治疗的，但有百分之二十的人是靠手术来治疗的。手术治疗一般是通过正规的药物治疗效果不好的前提下，并且服药观察一段时间之后仍有发作，就要考虑手术治疗。手术一定要选择正规专业医院。
