除了饮食外，癫痫患者还要注意过度劳累、气温下降、营养不足等都会在不同程度上诱发癫痫。研究表明，暴饮暴食会导致消化不良，从而引起体内酸碱平衡紊乱、细胞代谢异常，从而引起癫痫发作。当然，患者也并非吃喝越少越好，大前提是让孩子不饿肚子、不缺水分，饥饿而引起的低血糖也有可能诱发癫痫，所以饮食还是科学才好。

日常生活习惯对于癫痫患者病情影响很大，癫痫病患者的饮食一定要适度，应该和平常人一样吃家常饭菜，而且要注意食品的多样化，米饭、面食、瘦肉、鱼肉、牛奶、果蔬等都应吃一点。在清楚了解低血糖引起的癫痫病因后，建议大家一定要选择正规的医疗机构进行治疗，这样才能有更好的治疗效果，不要耽误了自己的病情。
