　　1、癫痫大发作的主要症状是丧失意识和全身抽搐。其表现是患者突然大叫一声，跌倒在地，双眼上翻或瞪目呆视，随即发生全身肌肉阵阵抽搐、咬牙、舌唇咬破出血、口吐白沫，可伴大小便失禁。

　　2、精神运动性发作是癫痫的早期症状之一。表现为短暂意识混乱或精神失常。可做出毫无目的的动作或错乱行为，甚至伤人、毁物或跑到外地。发作可持续数小时至数日，事后不能记忆，不发作时精神正常，一般都看不出来有癫痫病。

　　3、失神发小发作也是癫痫发作的症状。患者发作时有很短时间的意识丧失，突然中止原来的活动。表现为两眼呆视，说话或动作中断，呆立或呆坐不动，面色苍白，面无表情，手中持物掉落，呼之不应，这也是发作之一。
